Before I began my career in Real Estate I spent almost a decade working as a Project Manager for The Boeing Company. There, I managed high profile projects, lead team workshops and acted as the go-to person for my team. While this career gave me a high level of satisfaction, I always felt like something was missing. This is why I made the transition to real estate; where I am able to make REAL person to person connections and utilize my project management skills to help families feel at ease when they choose to buy or sell a home. I love helping people solve problems. I also love that I am able to help alleviate some of the stress that comes with any real estate transaction. One of my strengths has always been managing complex project schedules, negotiating tough deals and working with a team to reach a goal. And, what I've found is much of real estate is just that! Managing the home being process to a schedule, negotiating deals and ensuring my clients feel confident and comfortable with the home buying or selling process.
